Astrology has to be learned gradually, step by step.

First study the symbols, and understand how subjects are organized according to planets. Understand exactly why each planet, house and sign signifies exactly whatever it signifies.

If you try to learn out of sequence, or too quickly, your knowledge of astrology will wind up deformed and convoluted. Even if you try to understand signs before you have understood planets, for example, you put your education at a disadvantage. If you make the blunder of trying to learn by practice before you have truly comprehended the fundamental symbols, your astrology skills will wind up very twisted and flabby.

For level 1, Read my book, Radically Deep Fundamentals of Astrology very carefully, and/or study my basic fundamental course recordings. For level 2, go through my videos on planets in signs and planets in houses, 1 by 1, step by step. When your mind starts reaching similar conclusions as what I present in the videos, you are ready to move to level 3. For that level, follow the Phaladiipika video series and apply yourself well to exploring the context.

A person completing 2 and working through 3 after very patient and careful study is competent to read charts well.
