My oldest son received a gift from his mom’s uncle “Astroboy” – a 50+kg iron hunk of huge telescope. It came just in time to get up and running for the eclipse.
His mom put an iPhone to the eyepiece and captured two really good photos:

Dear Sir, I am a strong follower of your Vedic Astrology series. I agree with your assessment that the Raasis and the Nakshatras should not be linked as there is no basis for it. These are 2 different approaches to dividing the Zodiac and we should take the degrees as they are without manually editing things thinking that there is some problem with the original works and we can do better.
Today is 29th Oct 2023 Morning and there is a supposed be an eclipse the previous night or early morning of 29th from 1:00 am to 2:30 am. If I use regular Drik Siddhantha and tropical (sayana aynamsa) This same eclipse seems to come Sept 30th . There is a difference of almost one month. This I guess is something we can verify and prove when the real eclipse happens .. Can we identify when the real eclipse took place ? Should’nt this be a good reason to prove that using Aynamsa is incorrect ?
This is similar to some Sun related festivals in India like the Makara Sankranti. This is supposed to be the time when Sun enters Capricorn . If we don’t use Aynamsa then this comes in December but if we use Aynamsa it comes in January 15 every year.
How do we reconcile this ? Can you make a video in this regard with some facts so this is helpful to all. .

Thank you for your promt response Sir. I did go through your material and it is very authentic and comprehensive. Only time can solve this problem.
May be this is the way Lord is covering important Vedic angas from Kali Yuga masses so that they lose complete faith in these and depend directly on the Lord’s Holy Name as that is the only shelter in this age.LikeLike
