नायं जनो मे सुखदु:खहेतुर्न देवतात्मा ग्रहकर्मकाला: ।
मन: परं कारणमामनन्ति संसारचक्रं परिवर्तयेद् यत् ।।

nāyam jano me sukha-duḥkha-hetur na devatātmā graha-karma-kālāḥ
manaḥ paraṁ kāraṇam āmananti saṁsara-cakraṁ parivartyed yat

What makes me sad?
What makes me Happy?

These people?
Not really.
The gods?
Not truly.
Destiny, Fate, & the Planets???
Not ultimately.

I finally see:
The real thing
Pushing the ever-rolling wheel
Of all these causes and effects
Is the desires in my mind!
